Acre worked closely with Heil Engineering Consultants to prepare an overarching Development Plan for Stage 1 of the South-West Development Precinct as well as an application for a 53 lot subdivision of the land.

The subdivision provides much needed housing supply within the Swan Hill Residential market with high amenity due to the connections to nearby public open space and recreational facilities.
