Bland 7.12 Contribution Plan

Acre Town Planning was engaged to prepare a Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan to support future growth across the LGA.

Prepared in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and relevant Department of Planning guidelines, the plan involved a detailed review of Council’s infrastructure priorities, projected development demand, and existing funding mechanisms.

The final Contributions Plan provides a clear, transparent framework for funding essential local infrastructure, supporting orderly development while providing certainty for applicants and the community.
