Acre Town Planning was engaged to prepare the Development Application for the Tocumwal Airpark residential subdivision, an exciting development that combines residential living with direct aviation access. The project will create a unique lifestyle opportunity for aviation enthusiasts while supporting residential growth and investment in the region.

The development comprises 35 generously sized residential allotments, each with direct access to an internal taxiway and roadway network. This innovative design allows residents to access both their homes and aircraft, creating a distinctive airpark community that capitalises on Tocumwal's renowned aviation heritage.

Our team prepared a comprehensive planning assessment to support the proposal and managed the planning approval process with Council. The development includes integrated access and servicing infrastructure, featuring internal taxiways, road networks, and stormwater drainage works to support the operational requirements of the airpark while ensuring effective site management and connectivity.
